central location metro station many restaurants

i loved the location because it was super central. a metro station was close to the hotel. there were many cafés and restaurants in the area too.

The location provided easy access to transportation. The hotel was near a metro station. Attentive personnel helped with luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The room was generally clean.

The breakfast selection lacked variety (it felt repetitive). The coffee machine was not working. Certain bathroom fixtures were loose. The telephone in the room was also out of service.

quiet street and cozy rooms

quiet street metro station clean towels

i am grateful for the hotel being on a quiet side street. a metro station was very close by, this made getting around easy. free coffee and water stocked everyday was a nice touch. the staff were amazing and always had clean towels and sheets for us.

Charming stay with a central location

kind staff free upgrade

I am grateful for the kind staff, they really was awesome. The free upgrade to a better room was a good bonus upon arrival. Staff also provided coffee and water during waiting times. The room had all needed facilities. I thank the team for their great service. I appreciate the perfect location and the clean, modern style.

the climate control system did not work properly. Only heating was an option, and the room became uncomfortably warm. This issue significantly disrupted my sleep so I recommend a review.
